How to use this tool

A small plan you can recognise tomorrow

  1. Choose your steps. Edit the starting steps or add your own, then move them into your order. The example below is a website demonstration, not a prescribed walk.
  2. Choose one focus, if useful. You can leave “No exercise today — just our plan” selected. Read the linked guide before using an unfamiliar book exercise.
  3. Use the plan and leave a short note. Check a step when it happens. Write what you noticed; you do not need a name, address or a score.
  4. Keep a copy. “Print / Save PDF” opens your browser's print dialog. Choose a printer or Save as PDF there. “Save a text copy” gives you a text version.

My note
“The quieter route was easier. We noticed a loose line near the start.”

This is an invented example of using the fields, not a real person's result or a book quotation. It does not set a distance, duration or exercise target. Reading it does not change your saved plan.

Notice the change in the line

Do this · Book excerpts

“Keep your eyes on the line and speak the instant it drops.”
“Deliver at your knee within a second, never out ahead of you.”

Here “Nice” is the reward marker: it tells the dog food is coming. It is not a command to pull the dog into position. These are reminders from situation 13 of Same Words for Your Dog: On the Leash, by Ivan Nikitskiy.

Where is my plan saved?

After your first edit, the tool saves to this browser when storage is available. The saved-state message confirms it; if saving fails, the tool shows a warning. The plan does not sync to another phone or computer. Clearing this site's browser data can remove it.

What happens to my notes?

The tool keeps up to seven calendar days of observations in this browser. Save a text copy or PDF if you want to keep a separate record. Optional analytics counts tool actions only after permission; your wording and notes are not sent to analytics.

The planner organises your own choices; it is not an individual training or exercise prescription. A checked box means a step happened, not that your dog passed a test.
